Description

Several projects within the Wireless RERC focus on two way interaction with consumers with disabilities and the wireless communications industry. These projects include our ongoing Survey of User Needs for tracking use and usability, the annual Hearing Aid Compatibility survey, ongoing user-testing of wireless device accessibility (including touchscreen interfaces), focus group research, programs for industry outreach and dialogue, and consumer education through our community website MyWirelessReview.com, hearing aid compatibility video series, and guide to choosing a cellphone.
